Testing Notes

A red dry wine made of indigenous Saperavi grape variety.

Color: It is deeply saturated pomegranate color.

Aromas: Well-expressed rich aromas of berries and specific smell of Saperavi.

Palate:On the palate the wine is extremely powerful but very well balanced and elegant, with very fine, mellow tannins, and a velvety texture that supports flavors of various berries, black plum and sweet spices. Try it with meat and cheese assortment. Enjoy at 14 – 160C.
