CHAHA (0.375 L. 0.750 L.)

Grapes are hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity at the end of September and beginning of October. Softly de-stemmed grapes are fermented on skins at controlled temperature (max: 22°C) in stainless steel tanks. After the completion of fermentation the whole must is double steam distilled. The resulting Grape Chacha is stored in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Double distilled Georgian grape vodka (Chacha) which preserves the special characteristics of the vines grown in Kakheti, Georgia’s foremost winemaking region. With a full-bodied palate, a rich and sophisticated bouquet encapsulating the whole range of aromas of local Chumlakhi, this product is guaranteed to deliver intensely pleasurable sensations. Testing temperature 80C – 120C.

Color: Colorless, transparent

Aromas: Intense and elegant white flowers and green grass fragrance.

Palate: Fresh and clean mid-palate with velvety and long finish
